This program focusing on fitness using our favourite and familiar game. Heart pumping, fast paced action tennis workout for all player and non-player abilities that flushes the arteries, increases your foot count and at the same time you get to take out some frustration on a little furry yellow ball, all to the beat of music that make us all move and work a lot more efficiently!

A lesson consists of :
• Dynamic Warm up activity.
• Fast feet activity.
• Movement and sequence activities.
• Cool down and stretch (Dynamic and static).


Benefits:
No tennis experience is needed, ​Cardio Tennis is for anyone looking to improve their fitness and/or to loose weight, timing of the ball and foot work with tennis as a tool. Meet and socialise with others in the same boat/walks of life, in your neighbourhood.

This program is open to beginner teams consisting of a Mum and daughter (Yr2 -Yr7) combination.
Our sessions are designed to promote the fun, fitness and health benefits of tennis in a positive, respectful, equal playing environment.
The goal of the lessons is to teach the complete game with one focus point in a game based scenario at a time, teams to bond and to have something in common.


A lesson consists of :
• Warm up activity.
• Technique and stroke understanding.
• Movement activity with focus point.
• Match-play and tactical play, using simulated games.


Benefits: 
Bond, share and communicate with your family member. Partake and demonstrate a health balanced lifestyle. Make new friends. Learn how to play social tennis.
